Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your online purchase, please return the item(s) within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging and with all the tags and labels attached.
We can not accept returns of earrings, unless they are faulty. Please contact us in advance before sending these back.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. If the item is approved for a refund, we will process the payment and return the funds to the original payment method within five days of receiving the returned goods.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, subject to the availability of stock. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org before posting your item. If we don't have a replacement in stock, this will allow us time to contact our supplier to obtain one (if available).

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for faulty items and only with prior agreement with Peg & Patch.
Customers are encouraged to send items using a tracked and/or insured service, as Peg & Patch is not responsible for returned items that go missing en route.
If you purchased the item online, you are welcome to return or exchange it at the shop in Auchterarder.
